Ticket & Event Policy

Tickets are non-refundable - no exceptions.

Exchange requests will be honored on a case-by-case basis.

In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made on the morning of the performance as to whether or not the concert may be postponed to an alternate date, subject to the availability of all performers.  Once that date has been established, an email will be sent to all ticket holders.  Suppose ticket holders are unable to attend on that particular date; in that case, they may exchange their tickets for another concert of the season or elect to make them as a donation to the organization.

In the event that a soloist or guest artist is ill and unable to perform for the concert, ticket holders 

will be notified by email of the replacement artist.
